Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal applies exclusively to Consumers

The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers within the meaning of Sec. 13 BGB.
No right of withdrawal exists for entrepreneurs within the meaning of Sec. 14 BGB – natural or legal persons, or partnerships with legal capacity, who purchase the goods in the course of their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear declaration (e.g., by email or by post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use the attached withdrawal form template, although its use is not mandatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal, Return Costs and Refunds

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (if applicable), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day we receive your withdrawal notification.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
If you paid by bank transfer, we require your full bank details (IBAN and, if applicable, BIC) to process the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received and inspected the returned goods.
Refunds are only issued for goods that are in perfect, unused, completely unopened and original condition.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
We recommend returning items as an insured parcel with tracking.
We assume no liability for lost return shipments.

Additional Notes on Withdrawal and Returns

No exchanges – withdrawal only

Exchanges (e.g., for another color or product) are not possible. Only the statutory right of withdrawal applies.

Transport-secure packaging

The goods must be returned in secure, break-proof packaging.
The customer is liable for damage resulting from insufficient packaging.

No acceptance of freight-collect returns

Returns sent “freight collect” will not be accepted.
Costs arising from freight-collect shipments will not be refunded.

Reduced or promotional goods

Reduced or promotional items cannot be exchanged.
The statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.

No refund of shipping costs for partial returns

If only part of the order is returned, shipping costs will not be refunded.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

1. UV products in bottles without an additional seal

UV products in bottles – such as gel polishes, base coats, top coats, and similar liquid products – do not have an additional protective seal.

A return is possible only if the product is completely unopened, unused, and in its original condition.

Opened products – meaning bottles where the cap has been unscrewed even once – are excluded from withdrawal for reasons of health protection and hygiene.

A product is considered opened particularly when:

  • the cap has been unscrewed,

  • product residue or color traces appear on the neck, cap or brush,

  • smell or texture indicate use,

  • visible signs of use are present.

In these cases, no refund will be issued.

2. UV gels in sealed jars

UV gels in jars sealed with protective foil are excluded from withdrawal once the seal has been removed or damaged after delivery.

Returns are only accepted if the seal is intact and the jar is unopened.

3. Commercial orders (Entrepreneurs)

For entrepreneurs within the meaning of Sec. 14 BGB, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

Additional Withdrawal Consequence (Repetition for clarity)

Refunds are issued only after receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
Products that are opened, tested or used will not be refunded.
