Shipping Costs
Shipping costs within Germany are €6.99.
For orders over €60, shipping within Germany is free.

Shipping & Delivery Times
Your order will be shipped immediately after payment is received.
DHL Standard:
• Germany: 1–3 business days after payment
• EU: 3–7 business days after payment

Processing Time
Your order is usually processed within 1–2 business days.
No processing takes place on weekends or public holidays.

Tracking
As soon as your parcel has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number.

Failed Delivery
If you accidentally provide an incorrect or incomplete address and the parcel cannot be delivered or is returned to us, we will have to charge you for the reshipping costs.

Important Package Notice:
If the product has been exposed to low temperatures during transport, we recommend letting it rest at room temperature for 1–2 hours after delivery so the original consistency can return.
